Met Con Circuits Fitness Class

You will never be bored with our Metabolic Conditioning Circuit Training.

This Workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.

You will move quickly through 6-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with minimal rest in between stations. Each station has a different exercise.

You will complete about 10-25 reps each station in work periods lasting between 30 seconds and 1 minute before moving on to the next exercise station.

Beginner and advanced options are available for all exercises.

Sessions run in progressive 4 week blocks at £6 per session.
